If they don't have the size shoe you're looking for they'll gladly check the surrounding DSW locations and have them hold that shoe/ item for 2 days... super cool! My wife loves this place and it's definitely growing on me as well ☺️ Thank you!

- SPSamantha PerezJul 25, 20261.0First and last time I will ever walk into this store!!!! I was racially profiled the moment I walked in with my sister and brother in law. The people in the store was a man, a short woman, and a blonde woman. When we entered they were all at the registers but the moment we went to look for the item we had gone into the store for, they went and acted like they were doing something. The man was looking at us and I caught him a couple times just starting at us. Once we went to the registers the blonde woman was very rude when we approached her. When we finished the transaction, the blonde woman had said on her walkie that we had paid and was nodding to someone behind us. My whole experience was very unpleasant and I don’t think I’ll ever come back here at all!!

I said I thought it was 40% off. She said no that’s only for members. Absolute scam, because she didn’t even tell me that the discount wouldn’t be applied. She just started to charge my credit card without telling me! I had to literally ask why she was trying to charge me more than the price that was clearly advertised
