  I had a good experience. The staff working there was nice. I thought there was a good shoe selection. Everything was organized. They had my sizes.

  Complete scam. They asked for my phone number, then they want my email which I did not want to give them so she says it’s 70 bucks. I said I thought it was 40% off. She said no that’s only for members. Absolute scam, because she didn’t even tell me that the discount wouldn’t be applied. She just started to charge my credit card without telling me! I had to literally ask why she was trying to charge me more than the price that was clearly advertised

  The parking in this shopping center is the worst!!!! Over all store is okay not very good deals as the other location

  This new location is a dumpster fire. You’ve got Whole Foods, CVS and DSW stuffed into a parking lot that really can’t even accommodate Whole Foods. I don’t know who approved this from the city, but I’m going to guess someone paid them off. I’d be very surprised if this parking lot complies with LA City’s parking requirements. Please visit if you would like to be aggravated. If not, go elsewhere. I won’t be going back. Never had a problem with parking over in the location in Marina del Rey. Whatever genius in the real estate department who selected this site should find another job. Nothing about this location is customer friendly.
