  This is my second time visiting this location. Today, I went to exchange a pair of shoes. After selecting the shoes, I approached the register, where two women were working. They appeared visibly unhappy and miserable—no greeting or smile, just blank stares. I approached one of the ladies behind the register and informed her I wanted to do an exchange. During the exchange, I noticed she didn’t process a return for the shoes we put into the new machine, which I paid for. I asked her if the exchanged shoes would be spray-coated as I paid for that service. She responded that they do not return items because it’s a service. The explanation wasn’t very clear, so I told her that this should have been communicated clearly when I made the original payment. She looked at me and said there was nothing she could do. I found the overall experience unprofessional and disappointing, especially given the lack of clarity and customer care. I asked a manager to get more clarification and possibly a resolution, so pointed the lady next to her and said she's the manager and will give me the same response, then walked away. I patiently waited for the manager to come over. This woman was RUDE, and I was shocked that she has a position of a manager—no politeness whatsoever. I explained that it wasn’t clearly communicated when I first paid to have the shoes spray-coated what would happen if I wanted to return them. She looked at me and said IT'S NOT THIRE JOB to tell every customer that. I was blown away by her response. In my mind, I was thinking, lady, what is your job then—to sit on your phone all day? Informing customers is part of customer service and is in her job description. She basically disregarded me and asked, “Do you want the shoes or not?” At this point, I was pissed, so I grabbed my shoes, exchanged them, and walked out. As I left, she sarcastically said, “Have a great day.”which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. This experience has made me feel undervalued as a customer, DSW needs to improve their employee training to ensure customers are treated with respect. After reading reviews, I learned that I am not the only customer who has experienced rudeness from staff at this location. It's important for the company to focus on better customer service and professionalism.

  Very nice store with a good selection of affordable shoes. If they don't have the size shoe you're looking for they'll gladly check the surrounding DSW locations and have them hold that shoe/ item for 2 days... super cool! My wife loves this place and it's definitely growing on me as well ☺️ Thank you!

  First and last time I will ever walk into this store!!!! I was racially profiled the moment I walked in with my sister and brother in law. The people in the store was a man, a short woman, and a blonde woman. When we entered they were all at the registers but the moment we went to look for the item we had gone into the store for, they went and acted like they were doing something. The man was looking at us and I caught him a couple times just starting at us. Once we went to the registers the blonde woman was very rude when we approached her. When we finished the transaction, the blonde woman had said on her walkie that we had paid and was nodding to someone behind us. My whole experience was very unpleasant and I don’t think I’ll ever come back here at all!!
