  Sarah Jo is one of the best sales associates. Super helpful while in store shopping, grabbing different sizes and styles to try, but also with ordering other sizes online and from other stores. She made the shopping experience really easy and fun

  Sarah Jo was warm, helpful, and made thoughtful suggestions! I left with jeans and a pair of ballet flats, both of which she brought to me.

  Nice store with good selection of basics like jeans, sweaters, beanies, suitable for work and casual wear. Service is also welcoming and friendly. There was an Asian sales associate who was very helpful when I was trying on jeans but needed 1 size bigger, go to her if you need extra help looking for sizes or designs! When I asked if they had one size bigger, the other sales lady there who was a young Caucasian woman just said “if it’s not on display we don’t have it” and didn’t bother checking the system or in the back of the store. When I asked the Asian sales lady she said she would check and Lo and behold she found a bigger size. Had I not asked the second sales person I would have walked out of the store without buying that pair and they would have lost my business that day

  Madewell's Abbot Kinney Woman's store is well stocked with amazing clothing! Sarah Jo, Ariela, Lavven and Danielle were so friendly and helpful. We left with several jeans, demin shirtdress and two adorable slub stripe tees. This store is bright and welcoming! Go visit them soon!
