- JPJessica ParkSep 27, 20261.0Went in on a Sunday afternoon. Store was kind of small but there were some people shopping. I went in to try on a t-shirt, but the three fitting rooms were full so an associate with curly blonde hair told me to wait since one person was in front of me. I said that was fine and I waited. So, I wait around 10 mins and another lady besides me asks that same associate if a fitting was open and he just gave away the room that I was next in line for. I guess suddenly I ended up going invisible because I was standing right next to the room and he looked like he had never seen me before. I was literally holding the shirt in my hand waiting to go in. Just thought it was very disrespectful and inconsiderate seeing as he just couldn't bother to remember. Little tip, if its that hard to keep track of people waiting for fitting rooms, I suggest you take people's names down or try to reorganize your system. Won't be stopping by this location anymore. Thanks, but no thanks.

I needed blouses that were short sleeve and they help find me a couple of options. This is a smaller J Crew in terms of inventory but a bigger more awesome J Crew in terms of customer service. (Mgmt: Please provide their names if you can so they can feel the love!)
