Avery was WONDERFUL!!! But the other three girls working at the Venice store at this time were unbelievably rude. I’m standing at the check out counter while Avery is helping my friend (so great) and the three girls at the check out all are looking at one phone not making eye contact with me. I said to say “can i make a purchase please” and they were rude like i was an inconvenience trying to buy stuff from them. Then gave us dirty looks & talked about us the whole time we were there. It was so uncomfortable.

Cute jewelry, rude staff member. Some humble pie would serve this place well. Also, the woman would not give me a receipt because I did not give her my phone number.

Easily the worst service I’ve had in LA. Inattentive staff who miss parts of the order, show little concern for customers, ignore the possibly Simone may want desert and then dump a bill with mandatory service charge circled for their ‘good’ work. Food was decent but given the service I won’t be back. Manager did apologise when I paid but it seems waiting staff focus on the large groups and frankly on this occasion we’re actively very rude.
