  I live 500 miles away from my mother. I ordered her a bouquet from here for Mother's Day. I received a call on Mother's Day saying we won't be able to deliver till Wednesday because of so many orders. Completely understandable, busy day. Call my mom Thurs nothing. Call them to see what is going on, they said order was canceled. I asked why, was told to call back and talk.to the kid who called me Sun and the owner Michael. Called back. Talked to a very sweet young lady who said they were out on deliveries and said she was going to call Michael and talk to him and see what could be done about it. Now it's Sat morning. I called and talked.to Michael. He said corporate inundated them with orders they can't fill. Understandable right? Wrong. He then said they issued a refund. I asked what did you guys receive that made you go ahead and cancel my order to then issue a refund. He said I just sent you an email with the refund info in it. I said that still leaves my mom empty handed almost a week later, and he said well I sent you the email. Yea what am I supposed to do, wrap the email up put a bow on it and mail it to her? Very disappointed. I have used this company for years for her, and never had any issues like this. Since he couldn't give any answers or even care to try to make something right that apparently happened on his end, it being canceled when it wasnt, I gave the ok to go ahead and deliver a couple days later, and because I received no email or communication from them that they canceled the order, and my mom has not yet received a Mothers Day gift, I will not utilize them again. When they are on their game, they have been great. So take away was that corporate overwhelms them with too many orders they dont have the ability to fill on holidays, so holidays it's a 50 50 crap shoot, it will silently be canceled or it won't. I suggest using them for anything other then a holiday. I have been in customer service for 20 years. Never once have I made the customer pay for a mistake made in house, and the heartbreaking thing is it's my Mom who paid for it

  I shouldve checked reviews before i let my mom ordered. same thing happened as others commented. driver came no one was home. took a picture of my gate but no package was found. called the driver directly he said he gave it a guy that came out. im the only guy in the household and i was not home, no one was. tried to call the office i get passed around then get hanged up on. scam scam scam.

  Do not order from this location—this was a very disappointing experience. I recently placed an order for a friend who was having a rough day, hoping to surprise her with a thoughtful delivery. Unfortunately, the flowers arrived in poor condition and appeared to be dead upon delivery. I also provided clear delivery instructions for her workplace, which were not followed. The driver left the arrangement at the front desk without making any attempt to complete the delivery as directed. After not hearing from her for a few hours, I reached out and asked if she had received anything—she said she had not. I then had to call the shop to find out where the flowers were left, which completely ruined the surprise. After speaking with Michael, I was informed that the only resolution offered was a refund for the flowers being dead. Overall, this experience fell well below expectations and lacked the care and service you would expect for such an important delivery.

  Made an order for my wife to be delivered to her hotel since she was out of town for work. Delivery was fine and followed directions accordingly, but when my wife received it, the order was incomplete, and missing the 25.00 box of chocolates. Tried emailing, but several have gone unanswered.

  Extremely poor customer service. I had a simple question about delivery and I felt like the person answering the phone was bothered by my call. Please do better 👎🏽
