- BKBrian KordekMay 22, 20255.024/7 is a professional event planning operation with one of the most talented tent and flooring structure installation crews in the business. The office staff is extremely knowledgeable and asks questions about your event that you may not have thought to ask. They are a real partner, committed to the success of your event, whether it is a multimillion dollar wedding or a small intimate affair. Keep up the good work 24/7 Events!!
- KEKristi EckardFeb 20, 20255.024/7 is our go-to every time we have a party! Whether it’s a family holiday dinner and we just need tables and chairs or a bridal/baby shower and we go all out, they have a great section of linens and tableware to make beautiful events. The staff has always been great with us and delivery guys are the best!
- LBLauren Elyse BuckleyFeb 19, 20251.0Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with 24/7 events. They gave us the wrong write up and estimate multiple times because they kept forgetting what we discussed and making errors. Their team was incredibly rude and it was shocking how many questions they were unable to answer about their own products. The worst part of all, was that they charged us $5,000.00 for a HEATED tent, then the heaters for the entire thing were broken so our guests were freezing, and they refused to give us a refund for them. When we tried to get a refund for the defective heathers, they then also then claimed that there were multiple missing plates, glasses, and utensils they had to charge us for, even though nobody reached out about them for the two weeks were asking for the refund. I would never recommend them to a friend. Incredibly disappointing and felt like a scam.
