  I know it’s the busy back to school season, so the store is STAFFED. I have never seen so many staff on the clock at one time, and it makes the DIFFERENCE. I think I was checked on 5+ times and was communicated to about my associate doing another task, but another would help me out. They always have deals, but every time I come the classic, authentic vans get more and more expensive. So annoying.

  Everyone we met at this store made school shopping SO much easier!! Anthony was especially amazing to find the sizes and styles my kids were looking for. Anthony's kindness, patience, and humor definitely made our experience WAY better! We will for sure make the drive back to Vacaville for this store. Really good sales, too.

  Good store, I was always asked if I needed help. You can dig around for some good deals. I won the survey from reviewing the receipt ( it's real!!!) got a pair of custom vans paid nothing for them! Not a biast review because I also rated them high on that visit, they honestly care about the customer, that's a huge deal!

  What happened inside this store was clearly misleading to customers and may violate state consumer protection laws. The sale sign was placed directly above shoes that were NOT included in the promotion, which is a clear violation and extremely unprofessional. Any customer would naturally assume that the shoes displayed under the sign were part of the sale, but once you reach the register, hidden conditions and excuses suddenly appear. There were no clear signs or organization explaining which shoes were included or excluded from the promotion. It honestly felt like the goal was simply to attract customers into making a purchase and then deny the discount afterward. I wasted my time because of a misleading advertisement and experienced behavior that lacked transparency and respect for customers. If there are exclusions or conditions, they should be clearly and visibly explained to customers from the beginning — both legally and ethically — not hidden until checkout. This was a very disappointing experience and gave the impression of intentional deceptive marketing and exploitation of customer trust.
