- MAMH AmeliOct 2, 20265.0Excellent customer service. I Had an issue with my Ray-Ban meta glasses that I got from another Sunglasses Hut store. The team in Vacaville did such an amazing job to rectify the situation and get a replacement for me. From the gentlemen, who helped me when I came in on a weekend (Alex, I think) and brought this to up to the Supervisor,Kevin and to Ann who helped me with the replacement process. THANK YOU all!
- BMBlessed MomSep 8, 20265.0Absolutely incredible service from Kevin (the manager) and his staff. The overall environment was welcoming and friendly while being professional and polished! We weren’t rushed through the process of picking out our glasses and we really felt like Kevin & Ana knew what we were looking for and wanted us to find the best pair for our needs and aesthetic. Can’t wait to go back and get another pair a this location!
