  I bought a polo $75 on sale… And I washed it once it streaked I spot cleaned it and where I spot cleaned it left a big white spot took all the dye out. They are claiming that because it was a mineral dye that it Was to have specific washing instructions. I washed it in cold water and it’s still left streaks and I didn’t even know they were special instructions even though I always wash things in cold water… They claim that they can’t return anything that has been washed or worn, and they wouldn’t even give me any credit for the horrible results of the laundering. terrible customer service they should’ve at least given me 50% of my credit back $75 is a lot of money to be paying for a shirt that was only worn once

  The GM at this store is awful. I asked if they had a jumper in my size and she just said the price, implying that I could not afford it, was very disrespectful. Aside from this, the range of items is the worst of any RL outlet I have been to.
