  I once came here years ago and they had a huge sale section. IT WAS EVEN COLOR CODED! Next experience of my life! But after that, it has not been the same. Recently came in because they said getting fitted for a bra is more accurate at Nordstrom than Victoria. However I got that mistaken with Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack. The nice lady was honest with me and told me I was the first to ask and tbh she’s never done one on someone and for that I’m grateful for the honesty and not wasting my time.

  I've been to this location a few times. As a matter of fact, I'm here right now. While I think overall it's a good store with a decent selection of items, and the prices are reasonable, I'm concerned about the customer service. There seems to be a lack of urgency when it comes to their lines. I've never had enough time to wait in line and write a full review for a store while I'm in the store. The annoying part is in really just here to pick up an online order. My first suggestion is to have someone dedicated to assisting with these types of orders. Obviously they can't stand there doing nothing in between but maybe there's a button we can press to call them up. Secondly, have people you can call up when the line is long. This is the third time I've experienced this and one time the line was so long I had to leave and come back. Overall I do think you can snag some good deals so I'll keep shopping here and online but just wanted to share my experience on a random Tuesday.

  If you love finding name-brand deals without digging through chaos, Nordstrom Rack delivers. This location is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The moment you walk in, associates usually greet you or offer help as they pass by, which makes the shopping experience feel personal without being pushy. There’s always something worth grabbing, especially those items you’ve had your eye on but held off buying due to price. Once it hits the rack, it’s a wrap. The rotation of inventory keeps it fresh and fun to browse. Lines move quickly, and while you might catch a short wait on a busy day, they keep it efficient. The store isn’t loud or overwhelming, and the service is consistently friendly. Plenty of surprise markdowns show up in every section, from clothing to home goods. The only downside is the shoe section, which can look a little rough later in the day after people dig through it. A bit more upkeep there would help, but it’s not a deal breaker. There were no trip hazards the day I went, and overall, it still felt safe and manageable. Plenty of parking makes it easy to get in and out without stress. Follow me and friend me for more real reviews that help you spot the best deals and skip the guesswork.
