  I stopped by the Express Vacaville Outlet to look for a suit. Alan and Esme were super helpful! They have a great sense of style and I was recommended certain color schemes for my wedding. My groomsmen and I ended up all buying our suits there. Shout out to Alan!

  Please go to this outlet store men and women and make sure to ask for Marie if you want an awesome experience. She is a rare jewel. Of course they have great stylish clothes but the shopping experience with Marie is so personable. You feel good walking out after spending money. Of course I got the suit!

  From the moment my wife and I walked into the store until the moment we left, Maria provided exceptional customer service. She truly went above and beyond to make our shopping experience memorable. I had almost given up hope of finding a shirt in my size, but Maria took the time to search and somehow found exactly what I needed. Throughout our visit, she warmly welcomed customers, remained attentive, and made everyone feel valued. At checkout, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely kind. Her positive attitude and dedication to helping others stood out in every interaction. Maria made us feel seen, appreciated, and truly cared for. Thanks to her outstanding service, our experience at Express Fairfield was nothing short of excellent. She is a true asset to the store, and we look forward to shopping there again.

  I went to the Vacaville Express Outlet today and my god was I impressed with the costumer service I received, as a person that works at costumer service in a managerial position I noticed that Maria is a superstar and they are very lucky to have her. While I was browsing she kindly approached me and asked me if everything was going okay while taking notice on items I already had grabbed and made suggestions on similar items. She was very charismatic and gave me her honest opinion on what looked good on me and why not. After I tried some tops and pants I decided to get a matching blazer suit, Maria was right there available to help me figuring out which fitting was best for me since I am not the best at knowing my size for those. All while smiling at other costumers, making other conversations and nice comments to people she would pass by. I was astonished by how organic it looked each interaction she was having with people. At cashing out, I was taking a little longer getting my payment ready and she was very patient while also quickly akwknowledging the person behind me and letting them know she would help them next. Overall very good service and she has guaranteed me coming back.
