Over the phone, a lady whose name starts with an N I believe picked up Tuesday July 28 at 11:40PM and was so incredibly rude to me! She was blunt and then at the end when I told her I probably would not be able to pick up the piece she flat out HUNG UP on me without supporting me through the process — telling me how I could cancel or what I could do next. So incredibly rude and terrible!

After searching the store for nearly two hours and feeling like I was going crazy looking for them, Laurie took the time to help me search and genuinely cared about helping me find them. What impressed me most was that she didn’t stop once the keys were found—she actually came out to the parking lot to locate me and make sure I got them back. That level of customer service is rare and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier.
