  My husband and I are repeat customers here, but our experience celebrating our 15-year anniversary was on a whole different level thanks to Marie, the diamond specialist. While walking around, my husband luckily connected with her, and we could not have asked for a better partner in this process. Marie is everything you want in a specialist: knowledgeable, highly informed, straight-forward, down-to-earth, and absolutely hilarious. She is brilliantly sassy, exudes confidence, and—most importantly—is never pushy. She doesn't need to haggle for a sale because her expertise speaks for itself. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for! What truly sets Marie apart is her genuine warmth. She was incredibly inviting, made us feel right at home, and effortlessly included our boys in the conversation. You can clearly see she has a fantastic working relationship with her colleagues, too. To top it all off, when we came to pick up the ring at our scheduled date and time, Marie actually used her personal break just to come out, greet us, and ensure we were completely happy. She is a true gem, a total hugger, and we will absolutely continue to return to The Jewelry Exchange in the future because of her. We wouldn’t want to work with anyone else! 💎✨

  It's a very large store with a ton of inventory. They would not set a princess cut diamond if it wasn't purchased from them. It's cheaper to go to DTLA

  Marie, Nadine and Ashkan are amazing!!! I wanted my old ring to be replicated but with a bigger stone and Ashkan did an AMAZING job! AMAZING JOB!!! Its a spitting image of it. He paid attention to all the intricate detail it has which was very important to me. Huge shout out to him and a big thank you for making my vision come to life! He was also very nice and listened to my concerns. Marie is the BEST! She is friendly, helpful and made everything about my experience wonderful and inviting. She was so fun to talk to and heard me out. She gave me that reassurance that everything would turn out great and it did! Nadine was the one that showed me the reveal at the pick up area and she did it in such a fun and engaging kinda way. She was very friendly as well and made conversation that was fun and engaging. Overall, my experience here has been nothing but wonderful. Every time I've come in I've always felt welcomed. I will definitely be back for more custom jewelry!! Thanks team!! You're the best!   i went in to the store 2 times once on a saturday and it was so busy i said i would go back during the week because i could not decide on the ring i wanted , both times i was greeted by a man named Harry, then i had a few associates help out and everyone was super sweet and patient. the managers checked in to see how my experience was to , made me feel like i was vip . I ended up going a total different route and am excited to say i got my dream ring 😁

  I’m not sure what this place is (after going there). They advertise on TV and kind of seem like a discount jewelry store… not unheard of. But after going there, my partner and I think it’s maybe more like a pawn shop… or a used jewelry reseller? Selection was… random and disorganized. Sales staff operated on an actual take-a-number system… like a NY deli counter. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to haggle, or what. But when we (genuinely) just decided and said “that’s a little more than we expected to spend for something like this” (and it was), the dude didn’t make any attempt to haggle. (For reference, we were looking at a $300-$400 little pendant and chain. He wanted $363. I thought he might “round down” to $350 just to keep the convo going.) We went home and found a nicer piece for under $300.
