My husband wanted to upgrade my wedding ring for our anniversary. I've seen these commercials forever and suggested we go there just to look around. We were immediately greeted by Dee Dee we told her what we were thinking about and she showed us all the sets that would work for the diamond size and shape we were looking for. Dee Dee was very knowledgeable in their product and super friendly answering all our questions . We found a set and diamond that we feel in love with. As she was speaking with Tony the district manager he came over shook our hands and congratulated us on our anniversary and we had a very personable not forced conversation with him. My husband and I had no intention of buying that day but the customer service we received was so good, we never felt pressured and it didnt feel like a typical sales scenario. We walked out with a beautiful ring and they gained a lifelong customer in us. Thank you Dee Dee and Tony for everything.

Awesome staff, friendly service and sooooo many selection of diamond and fine jewelry! I came to resize my bubble 💍 (left) and they did an amazing job keeping the shape perfect and came back beautifully ✨ Highly recommend the Jewelry Exchange in Tustin, CA if you’re in the Orange County area and need a trusted jeweler. I can’t wait to come back and try on some diamond tennis bracelets next time! Price is super reasonable as well!
