- CBChadwick BalenOct 21, 20231.0I had the same exact issue as other reviewers are saying - they will not accept your return, trying to send you to another location even though I bought it here? I bought a pair of sunglasses for an event; although, I ended up wearing a different pair I already owned. So, I came back to the store the following day with my unworn sunglasses with the receipt. The salesperson, Ariana, who sold it to me was clearly upset that I was returning the sunglasses and told me to try a different location or come back later… it was clear to me that she did not want to lose the commission on the sale. This is horrible! I contacted customer service to try to resolve this issue.
