They sell the screw, but they seemed bothered about selling me one since I didn’t buy my glasses there? It’s a screw. I could have done the work myself. I’ll just go out if my way to LensCrafters.

I went to a few other stores when I was on the hunt for a good pair and Sunglass Hut ended up being the winner (of my business). Not only was I happy with my purchase but the service was incredible. I got help on which glasses would fit my face properly (I have a big head) and was served hand and foot. They really care about their customers and it shows heavily.

I was disappointed and went right away to the store, they gave me a shock instead of apology. They told you didn’t buy the protection plan, so this is not covered. Are you kiddin me, it came damaged in the box. After so much of argument and calls, somehow they accepted my return request, as I didn’t have courage to buy/replacement with them again.
