- SSsabrinaAug 30, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Sunglass Hut in Tulare. Jeanette was rude and unprofessional, not only toward me as a customer, but also toward another employee. She was verbally aggressive with the employee right in front of customers, which made the entire situation extremely uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect, and I also don’t think employees should be spoken to aggressively in front of customers. The way Jeanette handled herself was completely inappropriate and created a very unpleasant environment. Management should seriously address how customers and employees are being treated at this location.

The manager I believe named Janette, was yelling at a young employee and speaking to her in an extremely disrespectful and hurtful way in front of customers. As a customer, it made me incredibly uncomfortable. A manager should be setting an example and treating their employees with professionalism and respect, not humiliating them publicly. I came in ready to shop and left because I did not feel comfortable supporting that kind of environment.

I have never been disappointed with them, the staff has always helped me out with picking out and purchasing my new sunglasses so that I know I look good wearing them and feel good buying them. I only buy Oakley brand and out of all the glasses I have bought I have only had 1 issue with them and the staff in Tulare were far to help me and fixed the issue. I would give 50 ⭐ if possible. Go support them today, go now! Hurry!!
