Specifically, Janette made me feel welcomed and made sure to make me feel like I wasn’t a bother. She was patient, listened to my concerns and helped with my return and purchase. I’ll definitely be making future purchases at this location!

The selection was decent, but the customer service felt rushed and not very welcoming. I had a few questions about different styles and warranties, and it seemed like the staff wasn’t too interested in helping. The store itself was clean, but overall the experience didn’t really match the prices they charge. Probably wouldn’t return unless service improves. I’ve gone a few times for a return, and this is the third time i’ve gone hoping for a return but they always turn me away! I always end up going to Visalia, and they are always kind enough to help me out. Do better!
- MCM CMay 13, 20261.0If I could leave 0 stars I would. The worker there I think her name is Jennie is not properly trained to handle returns. I needed to make a return for some meta glasses and she said since the case was opened she couldn’t make it. I would find out later she was completely working and they COULD make the returns. She either is not trained properly and needs more training or she was met trying to help out a customer . Either is bad for business!! Stay away from this place
