  This was truly one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Elizabeth at the Michael Kors Outlet in Tulare was exceptional from the moment we walked in. Even though we weren't dressed to impress, she treated us with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism without hesitation. She made us feel welcomed and valued, took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and helped us with patience, knowledge, and a warm attitude. It's refreshing to meet someone who provides outstanding customer service simply because they care about people. What impressed me even more was that the entire staff shared that same positive energy. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and created an atmosphere that made shopping enjoyable instead of stressful. Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back. Elizabeth and the entire Michael Kors team deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you for making us feel appreciated, we'll definitely be back. A well-deserved 10/10!

  Rebecca, help me today and she was amazing. She went above and beyond and took care of my order over the phone and she got it sent out to my daughter immediately.. It will be there tomorrow. I'm so happy and grateful. I'm definitely doing more shopping with Rebecca at Michael Kors.

  I had a very disappointing experience at a Michael Kors store due to an employee named Marrisa I went in for a simple exchange, but instead of processing it correctly, she voided my entire transaction—even though I had used my birthday reward coupon on that purchase. Because of her mistake, I lost my reward, which can only be used once. What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism. I was made to wait in the store for almost an hour with my two toddlers and infant, only to be told at the end that she couldn’t help me and that I would need to contact customer care myself. She even refused to call customer service or offer any real assistance. When I asked for a manager, she said the manager was not there and told me, “I became the manager,” which was shocking and unprofessional. She did not acknowledge her mistake or apologize at any point. I am a Red Carpet member and have always loved the brand and its products, but this experience has completely changed my perception. Because of this incident, I would not consider visiting this store again. I’ve had much better experiences at Coach stores, where the staff are consistently polite, helpful, and professional. Very disappointed.

  I absolutely love the energy in this store! Always so welcoming, inviting and soo friendly.. non judgemental whatsoever! HUGE THANKS to ELIZA !!!! She was so helpful and so patient with me. She went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and gave me options and suggestions. I absolutely loved her customer service!!! Thank you!!!!
