- KHKARI HOKAMA HAMACHIOct 4, 20265.0Amazing customer service. Went in for quick TLC on my Clubmasters and left with a new pair of Maui Jims due to the staff and selection. Will definitely go back.
- PRPriscilla RivasSep 12, 20261.0Yesenia, the manager, was very unprofessional and rude. There was an issue with my gift card, and she did not want to help me — she told me to call the number on the card, which I did. When I called customer service, they informed me that the gift card had been redeemed a few minutes earlier, so I went back to the store to tell them while I had the representative on the phone. Yesenia laughed and gossiped with the assistant manager in front of me, saying there was no way that happened, and made it clear she wouldn't help me. She sent the assistant manager to help me instead, and she was able to talk to customer service and resolve my purchase, since there had been an issue with a transaction they attempted before telling me my gift card didn't have funds. The assistant manager was helpful and came up with a solution. After an hour of going back and forth, my order was placed, thanks to the assistant manager. Additionally, the manager, Yesenia, went to the back room and did not come out again.
