  I have been dealing with very bad hand eczema, and pregnancy. I put my wedding ring on for a special event and I could not get it off for the life of me. I tried every trick in the book. Thank goodness Robins brothers were open on a Sunday and the jeweler was in as well. I called them and they were super helpful. We drove there and they saw us immediately, the jeweler inspected my ring and made sure he could cut it safely and then effortlessly got it off. It was free of charge, which was so kind of them. Once my baby is born, we will be going back to resize and fix my ring!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Diamond Brothers. My partner and I paid a deposit to have a specific diamond overnight shipped from another location so we could view and purchase it at our scheduled appointment. We both took off work early, and I was already over an hour into my drive when I received a call saying they had sold the diamond just before our appointment. At no point were we clearly told that paying the deposit and scheduling an appointment did not hold the diamond. When I went in and asked to see the written policy explaining this, they were unable to provide one. Management was also incredibly unhelpful in addressing the situation. The entire situation was handled incredibly poorly, especially for such an important and expensive purchase. I would strongly recommend getting every policy and promise in writing before putting down a deposit here.

  Me and my husband bought our wedding rings from here and decided to upgrade from here as well . Compared to last time this time the experience was much and the 5 star is only because of that. Vanessa helped us out this time and she was great had some sizing issues for my husband, he wanted to size it down and it was done within a day. She was veru responsive and attentive
