  Excellent service by Kimmie, I'm a tall girl with a smaller bust size and struggle to find anything that actually fits my body correctly, I tried on lots of different styles, I will say that the brand is very inconsistent with band sizes or straps, some of the cups didn't fit me either since I'm not fuller on top of my body, I did actually like the lace push up bras. The extenders are uncomfortable and don't really work with bra styles that have multiple loops, even though my torso is wide, I actually did buy an extender and bra during my visit to the store but, it's hurting me now that I actually wore it out, the cups are too big, the band pinches and rides up my back, and one of the straps hurt my shoulder since I have scoliosis. Another thing I'd like to note is the brand not using polyester and making bras that fit taller women like myself with a 36 A or AA size, I'd also like if i could just buy extenders in one color like black, blue, purple etc, instead of 3 different colors i probably won't use. Kimmie did measure me and I turned out to be a 34C, but the cups on the bras didn't work out for me, my true size is probably around a 34B. If your ever in Torrance, stop on in and have Kimmie help you!

  I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 4 items from the website. It didn't fit me and I returned it. This happened on 11 November 2021 and today is 02 Feb 2022 and I still haven't gotten my refund inspite of calling them 4 times. I finally called my bank to revoke the transaction. Will never buy from the website ever again!

  Well, not much more I can say other than this place is amazing. Aside from their lingerie being super cute and comfy, their employees (shoutout to Tatianna especially!) made this often awkward experience into a super fun and memorable afternoon. Definitely give this place a go!

  terrible service. the site barely works, constantly freezes and throws it out of the system. when buying a gift card, be careful, you will be charged, but it will take a long time to solve your problem, answering with standard phrases. so I do not recommend spending money, nerves and energy on this brand if you want to buy a gift card for your friend. most likely he won't get it.
