  The business did not have the order ready at the pickup time. They also did not call to inform me it would not available before I drove all the way there to pick it up. They also did not answer the phone on any of the 3 calls I made to them that morning before wasting my time and gas driving to go pick it up. I was instead, at the store, told they didn't have anything ready but could deliver it to me FREE of charge later in the day whenever it was ready and then the MANAGER asked ME for what address to send to. But then when they made the delivery a few hours later they also immediately charged me $35.11 additional without consent when I never asked for this to be a delivery but instead accepted what I was told would be a free service out of what I presumed to be the manager/owner's recognition of significant customer inconvenience and to mitigate the nonfulfilment on their part at the designated pickup time. They also sent RED roses as the flower bouquet for what I told the manager was a sympathy gift for my BOSS who had family death. Who sends RED roses for a death? To give to a boss!?! Alongside a "peaceful doves" fruit basket!??!? I'd even mentioned this to the manager before leaving the store empty-handed after driving there for that pickup. "SYMPATHY" was ALSO specified as the "occasion" type and he said "I get it" but um, did they really?? And while yes, sure, the flowers could have been anything the store wanted to send, RED roses are literally the least appropriate selection for that type of occasion! Now the owner has not returned my calls or voicemails to rectify any of this. Very unprofessional from beginning to end. I would never recommend this store (or his other one in Manhattan Beach either for that matter). All I want is my money refunded for a delivery service I did not initiate and was told would be free due to their store issues that day that prevented the timely in-store pickup, which was all that I did order.

  I order a arrangement this morning 2/17/2026 at 9am and never was delivered, when I called the store at 5:50 the men that answer the phone didn’t know about the order and didn’t help me to find out what happened with my order. They did charge my card with the money! Worst customer service

  Placed an order at 9:30 am and paid $15 extra for the rush fee to be delivered within the hour . 3 1/2 hours later it has not been delivered and the store won’t answer my calls.

  Customer Service was so great! I was in a bind and Edibles went an extra mile and came through for me. The arrangement was beautiful.

  Chose this store thru the Edible Arrangements site, DON'T USE IT! I had a 'same day delivery' Platter for 10/18/24 that didn't show up though someone from the store called me at 1:30pm that it was going out. As of today, 10/19/24, still shows 'out for delivery' which means my Mom's bday gift has been sitting on a truck overnight. I canceled my order online and will try another store with better reviews! OH FYI - The people at this store don't answer their phones. **UPDATE** I raised my review from 1-Star to 3.5-Stars. The owner reached out to me and resent my Mom's delivery and added flowers. It made her day, though belated!
