Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an Alo Yoga location. I came in to return an item that was in the exact same condition I received it from the online order, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee immediately accused me of damaging it myself. She even said, “we would never send an item in that condition,” which is ironic because that is literally how it arrived. I did not appreciate that comment at all, and it was a true reflection of the employee’s very poor customer service skills. The employee’s attitude was rude, condescending, and unnecessarily aggressive for absolutely no reason. I’ve never been treated so poorly over a basic return.
What’s crazy is that I’ve been to several other Alo locations across Los Angeles and have always had positive experiences with kind and professional employees. This location was the complete opposite and honestly made the brand look bad.
For a company charging premium prices, you would expect employees to know how to speak to customers respectfully instead of immediately assuming they’re lying. This store seriously needs better management, accountability, and customer service training.
Very poor customer service. I’ve been to this store several times, and the experience is always disappointing.
All the staff were very kind.

Pésimo servicio, he visitado todas las tiendas Alo alrededor de Los Ángeles y ninguna tiene un servicio pésimo como esta, la tienda es nueva, tiene buen surtido y la ubicación es genial, pero las vendedoras no son amables, incluso te tratan como si no fueras a pagar por las cosas!

Horrible customer Service from the assistant manager Katie! All I needed was an exchange for different color same item. Have my receipt, within the time frame of exchange or return and tags attached. Never have I heard a Policy that she couldn't even show me in paper indicating I can make an exchange due to COLOR. You lost a loyal customer!
