  My wife's birthday was last week and I went in to get her a gift card. When I arrived I was greeted by Taylor and she told me a gift card was not acceptable. She very patiently guided me through the process of finding my wife something very nice. I got her some leggings with a half jacket. My wife was very pleased with the choices we made. I will be back in the future. Thank you Taylor

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an Alo Yoga location.,the employee’s very poor customer service skills. The employee’s attitude was rude, condescending, and unnecessarily aggressive for absolutely no reason. I’ve never been treated so poorly over a basic return.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an Alo Yoga location. I came in to return an item that was in the exact same condition I received it from the online order, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee immediately accused me of damaging it myself. She even said, “we would never send an item in that condition,” which is ironic because that is literally how it arrived. I did not appreciate that comment at all, and it was a true reflection of the employee’s very poor customer service skills. The employee’s attitude was rude, condescending, and unnecessarily aggressive for absolutely no reason. I’ve never been treated so poorly over a basic return. What’s crazy is that I’ve been to several other Alo locations across Los Angeles and have always had positive experiences with kind and professional employees. This location was the complete opposite and honestly made the brand look bad. For a company charging premium prices, you would expect employees to know how to speak to customers respectfully instead of immediately assuming they’re lying. This store seriously needs better management, accountability, and customer service training.
