  I had the most embarrassing and uncomfortable customer experience I have ever had. After reading other reviews, I am honestly concerned to see that similar complaints appear to be recurring. What is going on with the customer service training at this store? An employee not only created a scene in front of other customers, but aggressively approached me, swatted at my cell phone, and either attempted to take it from me or knock it out of my hand. In that moment, I genuinely believed she was about to lay hands on me. She then told me I was not allowed to use my phone in the store and refused to provide her name when I requested it so I could report the incident to corporate. She appeared completely unconcerned by her behavior, and seemed very confident there would be no consequences. The level of entitlement was shocking. From start to finish, I was treated with disrespect. Initially, I even questioned whether my age or appearance played a role in the unfriendly treatment I received. The employees ignored me or spoke to me in a rude like I was a bother and condescending manner, raised her voice, laughed at me, and giggled with other employees at my expense. Even after a misunderstanding was clarified, there was no apology, no professionalism, and no remorse. I left feeling humiliated, shaken, and embarrassed. I am still mortified by what unfolded. No customer should ever be have this experience or be made to feel the way I did. I do not want retaliation against this employee, nor do I wish to negatively impact her future. However, I firmly believe this behavior must be addressed so that no other customer has to endure the treatment I experienced. No employee should be empowered to bully, belittle, or intimidate customers. The fact that this behavior occurred in front of other employees and customers only makes it more concerning. This reflects poorly on the store, and I hope management takes this complaint seriously, reviews any available surveillance footage, and ensures that appropriate customer service standards are enforced moving forward.

  Wrong hours on Google showed up after several attempts to speak to a human on the phone only to be turned away at 811pm... please update your hours wasted so much time

  Really poor and slow service. Cashier had a rally long line of costumers waiting and all she said was that they were short staffed while. She toke all the time in the world before helping at the cash register.

  Excellent customer service. Salesperson help us decide on the correct fit for my daughter's dress, even though it was busy!
