  Purchased two pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses. Special thanks to Alex, he took the time to show us multiple different pairs of sunglasses. And a special thanks to Karina too. Very knowledgeable with sunglasses, great experience! So impressed my wife will be returning to also buy two pairs of sunglasses!

  We were completely impressed with KARINA at the Thousand Oaks location ~ her knowledge, professionalism and compassion exceeded our expectations. We needed sunglasses for Palm Springs, Karina’s first recommendation was the perfect choice when we returned home we went back to Karina for 2 more of the same in different colors.   Wonderful experience and Shout out to Jason and Karina they were very helpful and kind as I had a horrible experience with the Camarillo location next to crocs with a return and Karina was just wonderful enough to ask if I had any questions and the instant we told her what happened she reassured us that the employee at the Camarillo location was lying 🤥 to me and my in-laws face about a Non existent scratch and that they were in perfect condition. Jason is a delightful person he helped us with finding the perfect pair for my father and NEWS FLASH HE LOVED THEM. Again I can’t thank you both enough for being there to help your customers (yall need a raise fr) I will be shopping at this location from now on😌
