  I don’t know what the vibe was all about but I haven’t walked into this Nordstrom location in years and I was looking around to see if anything caught my eye. I went to the skims section and grabbed some items to try on and one of the associates acknowledged me about trying them on, I asked where the swimsuits were and she told me as i walked over to the swimsuit section within 5-7 minutes the girl comes over taking my items I picked out to take them in the dressing room, felt like I was being watched and A LOT of employees kept asking me “everything okay?” “Do you need help with anything?” Is it because I didn’t dress up to fit into the Nordstrom atmosphere and I looked like a bum? I just wanted to relax but the constant questions from others were getting me a bit agitated. I wish my experience was better :(

  Nikki at Oaks mall Nordstrom was absolutely amazing! I bought Dior makeup and a Parfums de Marly cologne for my husband’s birthday, and she helped me pick the perfect gifts. She was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel luxurious and stress-free. Her recommendations were spot on and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you, Nikki for making shopping so enjoyable — I’ll definitely be coming back to shop with you again!

  I have visited Nordstrom at the Oaks Mall 3x in the last two weeks hoping to find a new scent for my husband. Fragrance settles differently on everyone, so it is important to take time and really be sure of that $200-$300 bottle. Both times we were followed & filmed by a 300lb dirty looking man. If he is security they need to provide him clothes to equal Nordstrom standards. It felt more like stalking than security (we are not ethnic so this is not a race issue). Also, I was informed by a sales associate that Friday they would be having complimentary engraving on the fragrance you purchase. To be honest I do not feel comfortable going back and purchasing the Chanel fragrance he has decided on. Also, I believe the sales associates earn commission on sales which makes some associates more aggressive than others. This all lends to a very unpleasant shopping experience. This is not the Nordstrom I remember.

  I had a wonderful shopping experience recently thanks to the help of Caroline Ferrone. She was an exceptional sales person, who helped me find the perfect Mother's Day gift for my mom. Caroline was very attentive without being pushy, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. She guided me to a beautiful necklace that felt just right for my mom. I truly appreciated her professionalism and help and will definitely return because of this experience.
