I bought Dior makeup and a Parfums de Marly cologne for my husband’s birthday, and she helped me pick the perfect gifts. She was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel luxurious and stress-free. Her recommendations were spot on and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you, Nikki for making shopping so enjoyable — I’ll definitely be coming back to shop with you again!
- MRmo rMay 6, 20261.0I have visited Nordstrom at the Oaks Mall 3x in the last two weeks hoping to find a new scent for my husband. Fragrance settles differently on everyone, so it is important to take time and really be sure of that $200-$300 bottle. Both times we were followed & filmed by a 300lb dirty looking man. If he is security they need to provide him clothes to equal Nordstrom standards. It felt more like stalking than security (we are not ethnic so this is not a race issue). Also, I was informed by a sales associate that Friday they would be having complimentary engraving on the fragrance you purchase. To be honest I do not feel comfortable going back and purchasing the Chanel fragrance he has decided on. Also, I believe the sales associates earn commission on sales which makes some associates more aggressive than others. This all lends to a very unpleasant shopping experience. This is not the Nordstrom I remember.

She was an exceptional sales person, who helped me find the perfect Mother's Day gift for my mom. Caroline was very attentive without being pushy, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. She guided me to a beautiful necklace that felt just right for my mom. I truly appreciated her professionalism and help and will definitely return because of this experience.

We said we were okay and then she kept on looking and not leaving us alone because it felt very based on how my mother looked and just cause she was looking at bags next to the Chanel glasses.
