I purchased a Valentino shoes online and it costs $1500, when I received it, it looked like someone had worn it before and looked used!! I called customer service and complained and they started the return process and apologized and said take it to any Nordstrom for refund!!! When I got there, they called the designer lead for approval and she was so rude and told me I won’t return it, she did not even let me explain the issue and in a very unprofessional rude way said I won’t return it! Finally, I was able to return the shoes, but I had a very bad experience!!

I went to the skims section and grabbed some items to try on and one of the associates acknowledged me about trying them on, I asked where the swimsuits were and she told me as i walked over to the swimsuit section within 5-7 minutes the girl comes over taking my items I picked out to take them in the dressing room, felt like I was being watched and A LOT of employees kept asking me “everything okay?” “Do you need help with anything?” Is it because I didn’t dress up to fit into the Nordstrom atmosphere and I looked like a bum? I just wanted to relax but the constant questions from others were getting me a bit agitated. I wish my experience was better :(
