- CRChristy R2 days ago4.0My experience at the jewelry counter reflected some of the concerns I’ve seen in other reviews. The associate started out friendly, but her demeanor changed when I decided not to purchase the warranty. After completing my purchase, she quickly moved on to the next customer rather than taking a moment to thoughtfully assemble the gift. I’m still giving 4 stars because I really loved the gift I purchased and appreciated her quick assistance. I just think the experience could have been much better with a warmer and more welcoming approach, especially when a customer declines the warranty. Not everyone chooses to purchase an extended warranty, and that decision shouldn’t affect the level of service they receive. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and hope future customers have an even more positive experience.

- JGJosh GuerreroJan 1, 20241.0I applied for a credit card for a gift jewelry. Not worth it jewelry not good quality. They don’t stop running your credit every month with out your approval. They approved me for 500.00. I checked it in 2 months and I only had 200 for approval I payed on time and everything don’t get a credit card the more they run your credit the worse it gets.
