  Janet and Sabrina were very helpful making my finance’s engagement ring and wedding band :) They asked all the right questions and helped us find her dream ring using an inherited diamond. They went above and beyond with communication with us and always demanded she cleaned the ring every time we came in. Janet also did my sister and brother in law’s rings as well as all my grandmothers jewelry. Came all the way from Santa Maria to get my ring and I’ll keep traveling down here for this kind of service.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Janet, Akop & Crista. From the very beginning, they listened carefully to what I wanted and truly understood just how important and personal this ring was to me. This wasn’t simply a piece of jewelry. I wanted to have a very special ring made to hold some of my husband’s ashes, so the meaning behind it was incredibly significant. I had a very specific vision in my head for something that would allow me to keep a part of him close to me, and they treated that responsibility with so much kindness, sensitivity, respect, and care. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, answer all of my questions, and work through every detail of the design with me. I never felt rushed, and I never felt like I was simply another customer. They understood that they were creating something I would treasure for the rest of my life, and that care showed throughout the entire process. When I finally saw the completed ring, I was absolutely blown away. It is more beautiful than I could have imagined. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are incredible, but what means even more to me is knowing that my husband is now with me in a way that I can carry every single day. It is rare to find this level of personal service, compassion, and craftsmanship all in one place. They took something born from an enormous loss and created something truly beautiful and meaningful for me. I will forever be grateful for the care they put into making this ring. I could not recommend them more highly. If you are looking for a jeweler who will truly listen to you, understand the meaning behind what you are asking them to create, and treat both you and your piece with genuine care, this is absolutely the place to go. They also resized my husband's wedding ring for my other hand, as well as repair my grandmother's ring that I wear every day. Thank you for creating something so incredibly special for me.   My favorite jewelry store in the area, by far!! Janet is so knowledgeable and can pretty much do anything and everything possibly when it comes to jewelry and watches. She helped resize my husband’s wedding ring in minutes. They also have tons of vintage estate jewelry, which is so special because I don’t know any stores in the area that have that. Thank you Janet!!
