  Horrible lazy incompetent group of teenagers working there especially the so called management. They could not even hold a top for me the manager Denise and her just as lazy assistant were supposed to hold my top and when I went to pick up it was gone. Even confirmed with the so called store manager. No apologies nothing. It’s horrible!!! If she put the top in my bag the day I was there then this would not have happened. No customer service lazy young children calling themselves managers.

  I’ve never seen such lazy and incompetent folks working in retail. It’s so sad what has happened to customer service, especially here.
