  I went in this afternoon with my mom & was immediately greeted. Although it did take a few minutes for a dressing room, the associate was quick when I asked for assistance with additional items. Donna was beyond sweet and friendly to my mom & I. She even made sure I was able to earn my points & showed me a few bags. We truly enjoyed this location.

  This store is amazing I’m beyond happy with my purchases. Even though the store is pricy it is worth it. All the employees were super kind and helpful but one who stood out to me was Nicole. When I went in for the sale I didn't expect to buy anything. She greeted me and helped me pick out 2 outfits which I love. I bought two sweatsuits one black and one navy and I haven't took them off since. Im beyond grateful for my experience in this store and never once felt rushed or stressed because of the sale. I will be returning soon!

  Love this location! It’s outdoors instead of a cramped mall, and parking is a total breeze. Sidney is a true asset to ALO and made it a good experience, helping both my wife and me at the same time, not easy. I came in for one pair of shorts and a shirt and my wife only wanted leggings, but Sidney read our vibe perfectly and we walked out with way more than we planned which is what happens when you’re helped the right way. I almost gave four stars because there was zero perk/gift after spending over $500 and when I inquired about it the cashier was dismissive and cold about it, but Sidney saved the full five stars!!
