- CPChrista PaveyDec 16, 20251.0Riley made my expectations absolutely unbearable. This is the second time I have been given a hard time about a return. This store does not have good customer service skills and does not accommodate customers. I bought a pair of shoes during black Friday and inquired about an exchange for a different shoe. She would not accommodate the black Friday sale. Riley was rude and dismissive. Not sure if it's the company as a whole or just this store.
