- EBElexis "Eli" BeckenSep 24, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you visit the Sunglass Hut inside Macy's in Temecula, ask for Alicia. She's the kind of person who genuinely loves helping people — patient, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of the work she does. She went above and beyond for me, took her time, and made the whole visit genuinely enjoyable. Customer service like hers is rare. Alicia deserves every bit of recognition. Don't shop there without asking for her by name!
- TMTrevor MaxwellMar 10, 20261.0Worked with Aleckza. Things were good till they showed be a very rude note she wrote. I guess their sales people don’t know what “returning customers” are. Manager was very professional but should be wary of who they hire. I’ll be looking for a more professional sunglasses provider from now on.
