- FMFrancisco MateoSep 29, 20265.0Excellent Customer Service. Sales Associate made finding the right look and fit sunglasses a breeze. Will definitely be back here!!!
- JIJamileth IniguezMay 23, 20261.0Went in because something seemed wrong with the lens on my glasses and the employee (young lady) who was attending me was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I also heard her complain in Spanish to her coworker about us when she thought we couldn’t hear or understand her. Just overall rude and unprofessional. I paid insurance on my glasses, that weren’t cheap mind you, and she acted like I was trying to get a free pair of glasses when I just needed to confirm my glasses were defective.
- GGGregoryApr 7, 20255.0Gabriel was fantastic tightened up and cleaned my old pair of Ray Bans, talked to me about cost of replacing lens, and showed me some replacement glasses. I left to think about it and came back just to buy a specific pair from Gabriel specifically I was astounded by his great customer service skills while not being overly "pushy". I will 100 percent comeback when I need a replacement in the future and will recommend this store and Gabriel to my friends and family.
