- JIJamileth IniguezMay 23, 20261.0Went in because something seemed wrong with the lens on my glasses and the employee (young lady) who was attending me was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I also heard her complain in Spanish to her coworker about us when she thought we couldn’t hear or understand her. Just overall rude and unprofessional. I paid insurance on my glasses, that weren’t cheap mind you, and she acted like I was trying to get a free pair of glasses when I just needed to confirm my glasses were defective.
