  Very bad experience. An acting nanager, female who was not at the cash register but was doing the packages area for online shoppers who would pick up their already paid items there , refused as I went to get mine but made me wait in line with others who had shopped in store and waiting to pay at registers. . She refused to let me pick up my already paid for items . I explained to her a disability issue but she still refused. The wait was too long as the line was packed. It seemed extremely out of sorts for a Nordstrom I had been use to in past. Though this being a rack i suppose all that good customer service no longer mattered and since no Nordstrom store itself in Temecula people are forced to take what they get it seems. They also changed their return policy from Nordstroms. I called the Headquarters and since this" acting mnger " knew that.. she retaliated unfairly. Watch out you may get more than you bargained for. at this store. Shop elsewhere , youll be better off. . If u shop online dont have it shipped there, you are just a number and will be made to feel less important to them than you are. Store management to blame as well. Remember how store employees get paid, by shoppers shopping and making money for the store. N ths ecnomy spend your hard earned where you ll be appreciated, not where your rights as a consumer will be trampled on. Uneducated in customer service is who this so called acting manager is I hope store management changes too. This store reeks wth unprofessionalism. .

  I usually am one to just let things go but my experience this last Sunday unfortunately stuck with me. I went in the afternoon to go look as some summer dresses and when I went over to the fitting room I was met with not only a physical mess but also the behavior of the older woman who was working was truly deplorable. There was clothes everywhere! There was two racks at the front just overflowing with clothes it was overwhelming but that was not the worst part. The woman working had the worst attitude not only to me but seemingly her coworkers. She was loudly bunt and was visibly upset when I went to put the dresses that did not work for me on the rack. Also overhearing the way she talked rudely to this other coworker, but also about her when she left honestly left me feeling so disappointed. I just left because it truly made me feel sick. Overall such an unfortunate experience.

  Moody poor customer service from manager. She doesn’t take returns if no tag on it with the receipt.If you buy online not guaranteed store will take your return. I reported the customer care. Manager lady needs more training.

  Returned a pair of shoes after less than a month and only three wears because they were already showing peeling and cracking. I had the receipt and the tag. The associate told me all returns must be unused and within 30 days. I asked if that policy was stated on the receipt. She checked and confirmed it was not, but said it’s on the website. So apparently the expectation is to purchase something and then go look up the return policy online afterward. It was within 30 days and the shoes were barely worn. I’m giving one star because of a very poor and unclear return policy, along with the way it was handled. It’s frustrating. Other retailers make this much easier and more reasonable. Policies like this don’t build customer loyalty.

  I had a very frustrating and disappointed experience at this store. Their floor manager Alex was dismissive, inflexible, and unhelpful. He asked me to call headquarters because he refused to honor a discount of an item that was in the correct rack, with a sign clearly stating that the item should qualify and final sale. The number for “headquarters” he gave me was incorrect, he had me call the flagship store in another state. This whole experience has been beyond ridiculous and irritating when all i needed was to purchase two last items in the final sale rack. Any other manager would had honored it, specially since Nordstrom policy is all about good customer service and the experince. Also, some departments lacked organization. The cashiers i spoke to was not educated on the current sales. Hot mess! I will not return to store. It is not worth it.
