  The worst nordstromrack experience in my life happened a few days ago. I bought some clothes and made sure if its returnable and the cashier said “YES as long as the tags are attached.” Came back a few days later to return or exchange them for the size. A cashier said none are returnable/exchangeable because those were final sale. I explained I made sure if these were returnable and would like to talk to THE cashier(she was dealing with a different costumer) who told me those were returnable because she may recognize my face. HOWEVER, she gave me an attitude and said “I AM THE MANAGER” and kept repeated Final sale items=no return. I explained now I know the policy but I’m not lying and there should be exceptions since I was told these were returnable and didn’t even get explained about the final sale when I purchase it. Other nordstrom racks give stamps for final sale items on the receipt and kindly explain notice none are returnable. This place? no explanations, no stamps, false information, and I was embarrassed. Very unprofessional. The manager should’ve made me talk to the cashier at least. I am not delusional nor a liar. Search my review history. I don’t really get mad at costumer service but this experience was wild. I had to say it. I would’ve happily walked out if she let me talk to the cashier and admitted they gave me a false information by mistake but unfortunately can’t due to policy. In addition, the manager said if she take ours, its unfair because she now have to take others too. Logically not accurate. Telling me a false information is unfair. Yeah don’t get me wrong. It is only the lady manager who was rude. Other cashiers and workers here-from my years of experience, all kind.

  I used to love this store, it’s clean and organized. I’ve been a customer for Nordstrom since 2019. I consider myself a loyal customer. I have ambassador benefits because I’ve bought so much stuff from this company, but I went with my daughter on Saturday, September 26th and Brooke was the cashier’s name. I asked her about the small items I bought since everything else was clothing for my family and she said she put them on the bottom of the big paper bag. I got home and unpacked everything. I noticed the travel size to seal the makeup from Mac was not in the bag. It’s not the $18 because I spent over $300, it’s the dishonest behavior. I will not go back to that specific store.

  I tried to return a pair of heels that I never ended up wearing for my wedding. I had the original box and the receipt, and they wouldn’t take them because it had been over forty days. Awful customer service. Won’t be back.

  This place has became one of my favorite places to buy clothing, cheaper than most places with good quality clothing. 👍🏻

  There seems to be always something for me. Pair of slacks, a different style of men casual shoes, slip-ons, or the right T-shirt. Some good ones at the clearance rack too. That's my last minute find something cool to wear store.
