- CMCONNIE MORALESJun 9, 20262.0So disappointed in JCPenney's. I bought my daughter-in-law the wrong size in blouse. I got her an extra large. I had them order her a large. The person who helped me ordered the wrong size. He actually ordered the size that I returned. It was a lot of trouble. When I got there I had discount. I had rewards. I couldn't get what I needed from the people that were helping me. I waited in line 20 minutes just for them to tell me I was in the wrong line because no one was helping me. I don't think I will go back to JCPenney's again. It took me a long time to even go back to shop there because I'm just not happy with their customer service and all they care about is trying to get you to sign up for their credit card and that's the issue I had waiting in line for 20 minutes for anyone to help me. When I went that day they were consumed with helping someone else trying to convince them to get their credit card that they didn't care about the line they had and they only had one window open so I just canceled my order. Didn't care to get anything else I just want it out of there it took me a long time to fill out this survey because I feel like you guys don't even care what my opinion is. I just needed to let it out
