  ONLINE BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a Mother’s Day gift for my 89 year old mother to be delivered the Saturday before Mother’s Day. I asked my Mom about her gift and surprisingly, she received only part of the gift package I purchased for her. I figure it was a ln honest mistake, since I’m sure Mother’s Day weekend is a busy time for Edible Arrangements. So I called the Monday after Mother’s Day, leave a message with my information and what happened. No call back. I called 2 more times and no one ever picks up their phone or called me back. I can’t help but think, I will never get a call back, since the gift has been bought and paid for. I wonder how many other instances, someone has bought a gift online and the recipient only received part of the gift. Shame on Edible Arrangements for their poor customer service and perhaps making off with people’s money while delivering the partial order. My next call will be to their corporate office to report my experience. Hopefully, this is an example of a bad franchisee and not an entire company issue.

  If i could do zero stars i would this has to be the worst place i have ever ordered from placed a order for delivery on mothers day trying to surprise my wife all to be left with no order waited till almost 10 pm after it stated out for delivery but never came tried calling several to get no answer now sitting on hold with corporate for 20 mins now and no answer i advise never ordering from here unless you want your occasion to be ruined after spending hundreds of dollars for something and never getting it

  If I could give them a 0 star I would, I placed an order 2 days before the delivery date .Spent $93.00 The day it was supposed to be delivered I have been calling multiple times no answer just goes to voicemail with no response from them . Looking in the tracking and it says it’s out for delivery . . . 3 hours later it still has NOT been delivered . It is now almost 9:00pm on the delivery date and I still have NOT got my order . I am very disappointed for the price I paid to not get my order the day it was suppose to be delivered in a timely manner . Communication from them would be amazing but unfortunately nothing .

  I was having a rough start to the day and my partner said to watch out for a text. I get a text from the driver, Alfred; confirming if there was anyone home to pick up for the product is perishable. It was lovely surprise! In beautiful packaging there were strawberries, big, flavorful, and covered in chocolate while the light swirls on top (I think) is frosting. As well as a bear plush and a card it came in with a photo of choice, absolutely lovely. Definitely send this to someone to brighten their day it sure brightened mine :) Compliments to the chef ! I must say the only issue I had was the photo on the cover of the card, it didn’t fit to size. Had white lines show from around the card, but no biggie! I was able to cut around it, absolutely loved ! (A tip for a more presentable look have the bear sitting up with the card on its lap, maybe add a sticker or two) <3

  I received a delivery from Valerie yesterday, sent by my mom and brother's family for my birthday. I was so surprised when she texted me she had a delivery for me! She arrived quickly with a smile on her face and a big stack of wrapped gift boxes filled with treats. The chocolate covered strawberries were so fresh and delicious and the cookies were still warm! 🍪 It was a welcome surprise and the treats were so good. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to send a gift to someone special. 😊
