  I wish I could give zero stars. The manager Hermine was super rude. I was trying to return a dress that I had not noticed the tags came off, which is fine if they could not make the return, but the manager came screaming at me saying “would you buy this if someone else wore it, would you?”, all of this at the cashier in front of all employees and customers. Save yourself a headache and stay away of this store.

  Tarzana Village Walk- Nordstrom Rack I had an exceptional experience thanks to Saul and Luna. They truly went above and beyond to help me find a dress, even bringing a scanning device to locate it.   I was at this nordstrom Wack , looking for nothing because the clothing choices was trash . But it was This Big tall hispanic worker almost fell from watching me so hard I was hoping the hanger on the ground made him fall. And the wack person on the ear piece I heard everything. Little did they know . Workers really need to be careful who they profile you never know who people are and realize you could loose your little job by being wrong.
