- ABAaron BrightOct 2, 20265.0Had a great experience at Ariat! Everyone in the store was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our salesman, Khristopher, really made the visit fun. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and had a great personality without being pushy—which made shopping that much more enjoyable. The store itself was clean, organized, and well stocked with plenty to look at. We ended up purchasing a pair from the Deer Skin Bench Made Series, and I’m really happy with the choice. The only downside is the parking. It’s street parking and can be pretty limited, so you may have to walk a little bit. Fortunately, the shopping experience was good enough that we didn’t mind getting a few extra steps in. Great store, great selection, and especially great customer service. Ask for Khristopher if you stop by!

Omar, the “hat doctor,” primarily helped me, and he truly lived up to the name. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I brought in my mom’s old cowboy hat from the 80s, which was in pretty rough shape, and he somehow brought it completely back to life in a way I honestly didn’t think was possible. The transformation was incredible! Beyond Omar, the entire store staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely engaging. They remembered our names, checked in while we were shopping, and made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed, like shopping with friends! I ended up leaving with a few new pieces, including a new hat and my fully restored vintage one, which I’m so excited about. I will absolutely be coming back!!
