They know nothing except what I can read by myself in the tags, why would I ask about something that I am reading on the tag myself, bunch of useless paid hours these companies have now. Curly tall man had nothing except bad vibes and no personality. Guess they don’t train people for their roles as to customer service is concerned. “You can find that online” he said, no shit I know I can find all of that online, what a waste, I hope they’re getting paid minimum wage for the “work” they’re doing
