  First time ordering from Edible Arrangements and extremely disappointed and will never order again. Reading other reviews, customer service is really bad. I did all the order and all transactions online, however, they do not provide a delivery window. The fruit arrangement was delivered the day of, but off the bat, it had a bad odor coming from the package. Once opened, the fruit had gone already bad even if no time had passed and my friend had to toss it. I reported the issue the same day through e-mail and have been receiving automated messages all week as I followed-up. I finally called this morning and the lady who returned my call, Angelina, was rude and condescending, and was not friendly and accommodating at all. When I mentioned I have not received any responses other than the automated ones, she made a comment and expected me to know that they are a franchise and separate from corporate that I have been e-mailing. She did offer to re-send the fruit but after the horrible experience overall, I decided to just request for a refund and bring my business somewhere else. She only offered a partial refund and I did not argue anymore at this point. She just hung up the phone after I accepted the refund amount. Please spare the stress and frustration and do not bring your business to this store.

  Very good service and the fruit dipped in chocolate was fresh and delicious. I ordered balloons as well. Came in a very fancy insulated tote bag, was really impressed!

  Wow ! Sabrina was hands down amazing!! She was such a pleasure to speak with! The level of customer service was top-notch. She was so kind and so helpful with my order we need more people like Sabrina in the world thank you so much for all your help and kindness with my order.
