  I wouldn't even give them one star....ordered an arrangement yesterday at about 1pm, detailed need it by 12, I know it's impossible, but just as a severity precaution. I called at 12 and expressed the need for the detail. Mind you, their own website recognizes schools are generally only operating till 3pm! The woman that answered, told me, doordash and same days take priority and she'd start on mine, well the tracking said it was being crafted, but no phone call, no communication whatsoever at 2, 3, 4, and now 5 to say it wasn't ever going to show up! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

  Horrible. Tried to deliver Mother’s Day arrangement at almost 11pm Mother’s Day. Should not promise guaranteed delivery if you can’t do it. Ruined our Mother’s Day. Stored called on May 11,and only offered to deliver on May 12! Two days after Mother’s Day. I told him they should still send my gift but I want my money back too for this bs inconvenience. He said he would talk to “management.” Haven’t heard back from anyone 5 days later. Horrible experience and did nothing to try to fix

  I ordered my mother an arrangement for Mother’s Day. Purchased in advance. She never received it, my tracking never even moved past order received. I attempted to call yesterday but didn’t have any luck. I figured they were busy. I’ve called today and left voicemails and and have yet to speak to an employee.

  missed the call by a second & tried to call them back & it couldn’t go through because it was closed. almost 10pm & it barely showed up & then didn’t even receive it. very disappointing.

  Worse place to EVER ORDER FROM I DO NOT RECCOMEND! I ordered this place 2 years in a row a few days before Mother’s Day to make sure my proper delivery on Mother’s Day would be met!!!! Never made it there on Mother’s Day, they don’t return calls and don’t return emails! I advise everyone to go somewhere else as you can not rely on this place
