  Good, straightforward staff and leadership. As an enthusiast and collector, Devons was one of the first stores I connected with a few years ago for a sought-after purchase, when I was new to a specific brand. The staff and leadership were straightforward, professional, and made the purchase possible with minimal effort on my part. Having since experienced a few models from the brand and the effort (or "marathon", as some call it) that comes with it, I appreciate the value of the direct and no-fuss communication from the Devons team back then. The marathon certainly tests those who aspire to build a collection over time. As I reflect, I do hope we approach these aspirations with a more balanced perspective.

  I had the pleasure of working with Alisha at Devon’s for my first Rolex, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable, which meant a lot for such a big purchase. Alisha was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, walked me through my options, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. When it came time to receive my watch, she made the moment feel truly special. From sizing it perfectly to making sure everything was just right, her attention to detail really stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I’m extremely grateful for her help and would highly recommend Alisha to anyone looking to purchase a Rolex. Thank you again for making my first Rolex experience unforgettable!

  I’ve been a customer at Devon’s for several years now. I’ve made purchases from my wife’s wedding ring to my daily watch. The staff is great, helpful and welcoming; However, I’d like to put the spotlight on Dawn, she is amazing. Dawn was personable, inviting, informative and a great person to deal with. She exceeds your average in customer service. Dawn and the rest of the Devon’s employees’ made me enjoy spending my time and money there. I will continue to come back.

  An outstanding five-star experience at DeVons. Bal and Tom are consistently helpful every time I visit, and most recently they helped fulfill a long-time dream for my wife with a Rolex purchase. Because of their exceptional service, I fully expect to be a lifelong customer of this location. Thank you to the entire staff for always being welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional.
