  I had the pleasure of working with Alisha at Devon’s for my first Rolex, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable, which meant a lot for such a big purchase. Alisha was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, walked me through my options, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. When it came time to receive my watch, she made the moment feel truly special. From sizing it perfectly to making sure everything was just right, her attention to detail really stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I’m extremely grateful for her help and would highly recommend Alisha to anyone looking to purchase a Rolex.   I’ve been a customer at Devon’s for several years now. I’ve made purchases from my wife’s wedding ring to my daily watch. The staff is great, helpful and welcoming; However, I’d like to put the spotlight on Dawn, she is amazing. Dawn was personable, inviting, informative and a great person to deal with. She exceeds your average in customer service. Dawn and the rest of the Devon’s employees’ made me enjoy spending my time and money there. I will continue to come back.

  An outstanding five-star experience at DeVons. Bal and Tom are consistently helpful every time I visit, and most recently they helped fulfill a long-time dream for my wife with a Rolex purchase.   I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Bal. While looking at the Longines timepieces, he took the time to bring out multiple watches and share the brand’s rich history with real enthusiasm. His knowledge and insight across the different models were impressive and greatly appreciated. On top of that, Bal was able to secure a necklace for my daughter at the last minute and have it in the store by Christmas Eve. Even though it wasn’t a large purchase, he treated it with the same level of care and attention. That kind of service doesn’t go unnoticed. Truly excellent customer service—thank you.
