Cute shop for cute threads! They even pay good money for your clothes you don’t wear any more. (If it’s what’s in style)

First and last time I ever sell anything to this company. Brought in brand new designer, skating clothes still in the plastic valued at $350 between the two items gave me $9.60..

This place is a waste of time I went over there I originally just wanted to donate the clothes but they said they can only buy so since I was already there I left my bag 1 hr later I come back for them to say my clothes was over used and they passed on everything now mention I had a lot of clothes in the bad that I never wore and had tags still on them and they said it was wore I wouldn’t recommend this place don’t even waste your time.

The staff has tripped over itself snooty and the buyers dont recognize teen style when it's in front of them. Your not a label store you sell walmart and target brands. Get overyourself.

Advice: If you are a seller count your items before and after. They "kept" one item from me , and it was the only one I brought that was brand new with tags , and an original price of $89 , so it seems it was done on purpose. I told them, and requested them to check the cctv while they were reviewing my stuff, but they didn't care. I assume they do this constantly to many people that take a lot of items. I tool only 15 items , tjey didn't buy anything (which is ok, in another occasion they bought me a lot of items) and left with 14.
