  Bad experience. I bought a necklace and found it broken in the package. I tried to return it the next day, but they said jewelry is final sale with no returns. I paid for an item that was already broken and couldn’t even try it on 😠

  I was shopping for my anniversary event and was so stressed out with what to wear. I decided to into this wonderful clothing store and was greeted right away by a couple of lovely ladies. Still uncertain of what to buy, the floor stylist, by the name of Naomi, helped me out by asking me what the occasion was and proceeded to show me some beautiful dresses. She was very dedicated in finding me the right dress asking me what I was looking for and concerned about, since she noticed how stressed I was. Finally brought me this lovely coctail dress, where I fell in love with it and finally purchased. Thank you Windsor staff members for making me feel so welcomed and special. And for helping me find the perfect anniversary dress! -Hopelessly Happy

  It’s 11:35am on Saturday I’m at the store door and the store is closed with no sign online it shows it’s open that’s why I drove all the way here.
