The staff seemed to judge customers based on their appearance, which is unacceptable. There is a woman, usually at the register (often with her hair in a neat bun, likely in her late 30s), whose behavior stood out. When I asked about the price of a dress, she came over and whispered something to the associate who was helping me. The interaction felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Retail staff should treat every customer with respect, regardless of how they look. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving both professionalism and inclusivity.
