  Was ready to drop $50 on a new bra then got treated like garbage by one of the young girls that works there, so since I actually have self respect I walked out and couldn’t justify supporting that store or giving her a sale/commission after her rude demeanor towards (no hate). Sucks because the brand itself is great, but faces of a brand are equally as important. RIP

  love this store soo much! i got such cute beachy clothes and bathing suits, i recommend especially if youre a teen / tween (11-19) because its exactly yalls style !! they also restock and bring out new items VERY often so once somethings gone its gone. (i wanted a bathing suit but couldnt try it on because i was in a rush, the next week, they had already replaced it, so disappointed about that but its alright)

  My African American wife was followed around in Aerie like she was going to steal something. She was easily one of the best dressed people in the store, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened; this has happened several times now. The part that really bothers me is that she kept going back because she’s “used” to it. No one should have to get used to being treated like that. It’s unacceptable, and honestly it makes me sick. Because of that, we won’t be coming back or ordering online anymore. I don’t understand how retail employees feel comfortable profiling Black women like this. Whatever training is in place clearly isn’t working, because this kind of treatment shouldn’t be happening at all.

  JAMIE is the heart and soul of this store. She’s incredibly helpful, honest, and personable. I came in for one specific thing and left with 10+ ITEMS because of her A+ customer service.
