  Absolutely horrible experience, I would never order from here again. They claimed to have delivered the order; it was never delivered and they refuse to provide proof or confirmation of delivery. They will do absolutely nothing to correct the situation. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from this Edible Arrangements location. The entire purpose of sending an Edible Arrangement was to surprise the recipient, yet the store called them before the delivery even arrived, completely ruining the surprise. When I politely expressed my dissatisfaction and questioned why that was necessary, instead of listening or showing empathy, the employee became defensive, raised his voice, and told me, “Don’t call us back.” That response was completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. If there is a policy requiring recipients to be contacted beforehand, that could have been explained respectfully. Instead, I was met with hostility and dismissed as a customer. At no point did anyone apologize for ruining the surprise or for the way I was treated. To make matters worse, when we asked for a refund after the surprise had already been ruined, it was refused. We were essentially forced to pay for a service that failed to deliver the experience we purchased. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable—we simply expected the surprise to remain a surprise and to be treated with basic courtesy when we voiced our concerns. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds to a concerned customer says everything about its values. Being spoken to disrespectfully, told not to call back, denied any attempt to make things right, and left paying for a disappointing experience is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. I hope management addresses both their customer service and their communication practices so future customers aren’t treated the way we were.

  If I could give zero stars I would! The franchise owner answered the phone and was so mean it’s actually laughable! I paid for “1 hour delivery” and was checking on my order and he explained that what I ordered was wrong and his first offer to “make it right” was to cancel my order? And I said no I’d like you to get it out as soon as you can and then he told me I was disrespectful and he would refuse service…. Wow. Will never use edible arrangements again - what a complete evil human. You should definitely get this owner out of your franchise system.

  I will always do business here! Very wholesome family who helped me with a last minute order for Mother’s Day and helped me make a gift better than anything I would have done. They were kind, patient, easy going and understanding they made sure even with most their products sold out they would not send me home empty handed. There’s a difference in customer service from people who are nice because it’s their job and people who truly care about making moments special. The family that runs this is kind because it’s in their hearts. Great to give business to good people.

  Non-existent communication. The item I ordered was apparently out of stock, but I had to call them before I knew this. Although they refunded my money (only after I reached out to customer service telling them that my order wasn't delivered), I wasn't given a reason why. I also waited on hold for about ten minutes and the person I spoke to was clearly annoyed that I was bothering them.
