- BLBenny Lu3 days ago5.0Very good experience, they save me because I put wrong address in wrong box but they figured it out and got the anniversary box and flowers to my wife’s office!
- SRShana Robins3 days ago1.0So my husband was surprising me with this bouquet of fruit added the apples to it. He was asked for the person receiving the bouquets email and phone number. He gave it to them, not thinking this is what they would do, They sent the confirmation email to my email address with his note to me. Then if that didn't ruin the surprise enough. They called me I believe her name was Emma to make sure I would be home for the delivery. It almost seemed she was happy to ruin the surprise its wild. Not to mention it was around a 100. Dollars and the only thing edible were the apples. The honeydew was like mush, pinapple not ripe. cantaloupe not good. I love fruit so much. This was so very bad all the way around. Ruined a surprise and not fresh. So so bad. I would not order from there. My husband was trying to do something special and surprise me. You ruined that.
- KJKevin JacksonSep 22, 20265.0Beautiful and delicious arrangement and a very friendly team. Turns out when they tried to deliver and could not locate me, they were kind enough to get a hold of me and ensure I received the arrangement even though the mixup was no one’s fault. It was important to them that I received and enjoy the beautiful, fresh and delicious arrangement. And, I did. Thank you very, very much!!😊
- SHSavannah HolzerAug 31, 20265.0Surprised to see the mixed reviews here. I had an excellent experience. They were so busy and still got my order delivered on time. Thanks!
- KGKennedy GelnetteAug 5, 20261.0Absolutely horrible experience, I would never order from here again. They claimed to have delivered the order; it was never delivered and they refuse to provide proof or confirmation of delivery. They will do absolutely nothing to correct the situation. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
