  We have given this store several chances. The customer service is lacking EVERY SINGLE time we step foot in this location. Today was our last purchase and last visit to this store. We call the store before driving over and despite being assured over the phone that someone other than the person who placed the order could pick it up with just the email and barcode, I was met with a different policy upon arrival. The manager on duty was not aware of the information provided by one of your employees, which lead to confusion and inconvenience. After a short exchange of words, I was eventually allowed to retrieve the item with the condition of providing a picture of my husband's ID. So now I'm disrupting his work day so I can have him send me a copy of his ID. Once I was able to show her his ID she grabs the item and on their paperwork there is a different first name , same last name attached to the order(but also still shows original name that matches the ID)The names are different because we paid via PayPal so the other name she was seeing was the paypal account info. She had the nerve to try to deny me the item AGAIN!! It's pretty insane that I have to explain to a manager that the info she was looking at was the account info in which we paid and was not the info she needed that was attached to the order. So then as this is happening , one of her employees comes out of the office - which is behind the manager and he points at her and does the crazy gesture using his hands. I about died. Even your employees do not respect you. Shame on you for having inept employees - especially one being a manager.

  Great experience. The store is immaculate and has almost anything and everything you need for the outdoors. In addition, the staff is super knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

  need to streamline the waiting system at the firearm counter. the virtual waiting room QR code only offers 2 options for visit reason, all other visitors are first come first served. makes it awkward when the staff asks "who's next?" and everyone shrugs & stares at each other, often passing-up who's actually next in line.
