The staff are courteous & kind, as well as just being friendly all around and the store itself is spotless. My only complaint is that since this is technically a DXL "Outlet" store, you might not exactly be able to get what you want in-person, but you can probably have it ordered here and shipped to you or available for an in-person pickup.
