  I've always experienced professionalism at this American Eagle, which is why this was so disappointing. The two cashiers, a younger man and a younger woman, were polite. However, when I asked about getting a bag after the one I had from another clothing store ripped, the manager, a short middle-aged woman, told me I had to buy a $1 bag instead of simply giving me a paper bag. She could see I was struggling with my items, and I felt she could have shown a little kindness by offering me a paper bag. I had only bought a few items, so it seemed like a small request. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression.

  amazingly clean, tidy, and preppy store. the workers are preppy aswell. audrey bailey has helped me with finding amazing jeans and has sold me so many . very motivating employee who pushes me to purchase items .

  Jenny, i went there yesterday and she was super friendly. I wanted to purchase a bag for a birthday present, and the sticker had said “clearance”, when i got to the register the cashier guy said that they can’t honor it and someone put the clearance sticker on it. The manager (Jenny) tried to give me a $5 coupon to make things right for the misunderstanding, she was very apologetic and I appreciated her effort to make things right. I liked how proactive she was by taking initiative to give me a phone call when the purse goes on sale. You truly don’t see customer service like that anymore, i appreciated her being very personable and accommodating me to the best of her ability. I highly recommend 5/5 stars!
