Instead of checking or testing the speakers, the staff member immediately focused on a small scratch on the lenses and refused to process a refund. I was then told I could only receive a refund if I purchased a different pair of non-Meta glasses from the store. The customer service was dismissive, and my concerns were not taken seriously. I expected a fair assessment of the issue, but instead left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would expect much better service and a more customer-focused approach.
