  Very disappointing experience at this Sunglass Hut store. I took my Meta glasses in because the speakers were not working as they should. Instead of checking or testing the speakers, the staff member immediately focused on a small scratch on the lenses and refused to process a refund. I was then told I could only receive a refund if I purchased a different pair of non-Meta glasses from the store. The customer service was dismissive, and my concerns were not taken seriously. I expected a fair assessment of the issue, but instead left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would expect much better service and a more customer-focused approach.

  I was visiting and decided to check out some new shade. Ran into Victor, I believe that’s his name, and he had been helping me find the right shade for me. He was professional and very helpful. If you ever visit Sunglass Hut, I recommend this location and ask for Victor. He’s your man!

  The staff were very accommodating and helped me choose the right sunglasses. I was struggling to decide which pair to pick, but they guided me through the options and helped me find the perfect one for me. Great customer service and a pleasant shopping experience!

  Very uncomfortable with the staff member working in there... It was a bigger gentleman with assumed prescription glasses on. Me and my boyfriend were there on 4/30 around 3:30pm. The staff member greeted us and said “let me know if you need any assistance”. But we were there to look around. He later came up to us and suggested a “cheaper” alternative and pointed to ray bans. I didn’t ask for assistance on a cheaper alternative or any help for that matter, as I was still looking around. It mainly discouraged me from buying in the store because he was waking behind us the entire time. And then began asking us personal questions, like where we were from and followed up with comments such as “I can tell”. Just distasteful comments and watching over us too much. Very uncomfortable experience.
