  I could have written this review from the very first day I stepped in to Santa Monica Jewelry and Loan, but I wanted my review to be authentic, so I waited to see how the relationship would go. I wanted to see if my experience would be consistent. Now, a few months in, I am here to report, I’ve had the best experience from day one and I am so happy I trusted my experience to the team here! Damien, Debbie, David (the three D’s lol) and everyone else here has been kind, fair, and treated me with nothing less than dignity and respect. This experience here has been first class all the way and I will recommend Santa Monica Jewelry & Loan to anyone asking, again and again. Thank you so much you guys! I appreciate you tremendously. Also for other fun useful details, payments are easy via an app, you can see photos of your items and also access all of your documents. They really make it easy to manage. Takes the pressure off of what is already a stressful situation. Cheers!

  Seen many pawnshops. Around or in downtown perhaps. This one is the best though, they often have great stuff. Bought multiple rings from them. Add to that, everyone who works here is very nice (which is hard for this sort of occupation). Polite and friendly, with a good taste too. Specifically Damien! He is the man. Must go in if you are in the neighborhood!
