From the moment we walked in she was super welcoming and engaging, she ensured we got the best fit to feel our most confident even went out of her way to pre-order the correct size in our next USA tour destination. Thank you so much Claudia - this girl deserves a raise 🙏

  A beautifully curated intimate wear store with an excellent selection of high-quality pieces. The underwear is exquisitely crafted in Italy, and the quality is immediately noticeable in both the materials and the fit. The staff were wonderful — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Overall, a refined shopping experience with exceptional products and service. Parking is relatively easy thanks to the nearby parking structures, where you can enjoy 90 minutes of free parking. The location is also perfect for a relaxed walk, with plenty of other shops around, making it very convenient if you need to run multiple errands.

  Trash quality and worse customer service. Long story short I bought 2 bras and ended up with one incorrect size when I got home. (After about 3 times of asking the girl to confirm the size in the bag- will always be checking myself now. At other stores obviously never coming back here). I went back to the store and girl working claimed these were completely worn and torn and clearly had no further interest in helping me. Mind you- Purchased in March, tried to return 3 weeks later. NEVER WORN ONCE. hence the trash quality as she said it was “to worn to resell”. I called a few days later to speak with the manager. I even offered to bring the bra back and asked for a partial refund. There was zero accountability on her part. Don’t waste your time or money. Marshall’s and TJmaxx have better quality, Victoria secret if you’re feelin splurgy. I second what that girl said below me, don’t doubt it sis!

  Stopped by to buy a gift to my girlfriend and needed some help. The person working there didn’t seem liking her job at all. Not a great experience.

  Shopping experience was fine however, there was an error made on my bill and there is no way to contact the store. Retruning to the store is not an option as I was visiting Santa Monica from Canada. I went through another store and asked for the Managers contact details but have not heard back. I was given a number to follow up and the person I spoke with was in Zagreb. My wife loves the product but the support after the fact is extremely disappointing.
